Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, coupled with expertise in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript technologies. As a Project Manager (Tech Lead), you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure clear understanding of deliverables.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, reporting on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, mentoring and coaching team members as needed.
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project- related communications, both internal and external.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate solutions to ensure project success.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, leveraging expertise in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript technologies.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project resources, including team members and third- party contractors, to ensure efficient utilization and productivity.

Demonstrated problem- solving and decision- making abilities.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript.
Experience in outsourcing or client- facing roles is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web technologies.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
