PROJECT MANAGER

- Develop and understand client strategy, challenges and translation to project goals;
- Develop new opportunities with clients;
- Play a leading role in planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects;
- Analyse existing business processes, identify and prioritise regulatory, technical or IT requirements and develop innovative solutions for customers;
- Be responsible for everything involved in a project, including the budget, team, and resources required throughout a project lifecycle;
- Communicate and coordinate with different departments, development teams, external service providers and other project stakeholders;
- Other tasks assigned by the Company.
- Understanding and considering both business and technical needs to ensure quality servicess and related operational workflows to meet the desired business objectives;

- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
- Have experience working in the insurance sector
- Good communication skills;
- Advance diploma and above
- Have experience at project management and human management such as problem, negotiation, planning, reporting ...
- Confidentiality, strong attention to detail & multi- tasking;
- Have knowledge of planning and delivery skills (progress, quality, risk management...);
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks;
- Ability to work on shift and weekend when being required;
- Having demonstrated analytical and problem- solving skills with strong attention to detail.
