• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 04 years of working experience in IT software
• Minimum 01 year of proven experience as Delivery Manager/ Project Manager
• Experienced in working with Chinese clients.
• Excellent client- facing and internal communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile/scrum.
• Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered.
• Coordinates closely with sales to align solution design with customers’ requirements.
• Good understanding of software development process
• Experience in working Outsource environment company.
LANGUAGE SKILLS- Excellent English ability (writing, verbal) and able to communicate effectively at all levels (must be able to present to a group of stakeholders)
- Japanese skill is a plus.
