JOB PURPOSE: Yes4All is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to lead the Finance team. This position will be responsible for overseeing Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Investment Management, and Investor Relations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, ensuring sound financial management, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Project Management

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget
- Able to form the team and set up project governance
- Bidding and logistics vendor selection
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Understand Project objectives, deadlines, priorities, impact,..
- Plan budget and prepare budget proposal, develop a detailed project plan
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Develop a detailed project plan
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation & make reports
- Use suitable project management model to deliver different project types

Operations Management

- System integration
- Manage last mile shipping carrier at 3PL&039;s location
- Monitor & maintain 3PL performance, set up KPI
- Warehouse In- Out Management
- Cost control and optimization
- Maintain and Enhance service level alignment of internal team and 3pl

Leadership

- Lead the team to deliver company and department strategies
- Delegate: increase ownership, also on lower levels
- Looks for oportunities in business, market, category, processes or other field of expertise and communicate them actively
- Accelerate unleashing of talent and performance in your team
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Think broadly and embrace diversity by balancing different perspectives

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Have experience in foreign partner communication and influence (China/ US/ EU)
1- 2 years in management/ project management, 3- 5 years in logistics industry
Project management skill
Strong analytical (MS; Googlesheet; Power BI; VBA.... is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Logoistics & Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have experience in logistics related field (Freight forwarding, Fulfilment Service)
