Project Manager

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project execution according to the project plan, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
Conduct project post- mortem reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Coordinate project team activities, including task assignment, progress tracking, and performance evaluation.
Lead project kick- off meetings and communicate project objectives, requirements, and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance, and report regularly to stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.).
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification are a plus.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project estimation and bidding skills.
Proficiency in project management tools/software.
Detail- oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
At least 2 YoE in Project management.
Fluent English communication.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, preferably in [industry/sector].
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
