Project Manager Mid/Senior

Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
Take lead on quality control issues
Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information
Responsible for project reporting– dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity
Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners
Drive team members to achieve release goals
Maintain process documentation.
Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope
Create and oversee project plans and schedules
Maintain issues and risks log

Yêu cầu công việc

MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CSM/PSM or PMP certificated is a plus
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
Proven experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment
5+ years experience working with software development projects. Requires excellent technical acumen, and experience with Agile, SDLC, ALM, and the software release process
Fluent English
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
