The Project Manager is a key support role within the product development process. Working closely with cross- functional squads, the Project Manager supports management of agendas, tracks deliverables, and schedules tasks. The position aims to ease the workload of squad leaders and ensure clear communication with the Producer. Experience with Agile methodology is essential.
What you will do

Coordinate scheduling and track deliverables across different squads.
Assist squad leaders by offloading administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on core responsibilities.
Act as a communication bridge between squad leaders and the producer, relaying detailed information on squad execution.

- Provide input and output from cross- team planning.
- Align the sprint goals of different teams to make sure all goals are towards the target/ milestone expectation.
- Ensure production teams operate sprint planning and sprint review properly.
- Ensure the Product Confluence pages are up- to- date.
- Track user stories.
- Resolve the misalignments and miscommunication situations daily.
- Provide meeting notes for important meetings.

Facilitate alignment within the agile methodology, supporting cross- functional collaboration and adaptability.

- Monitor and report on the progress of projects to the producer, contributing to effective decision- making

Planning

- Build the Product Roadmap and Production timeline.
- Take part in the Product board management.

Production process management:

- Contribute to the production process with the Senior Management team.
- Build and enhance Jira best practices process.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Demonstrated mastery of Agile methodologies and tools.
At least 04 years of experience in a coordinating or support role within the game industry.
Strong organizational, communication, and time- management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
