Project Manager (PM)

Establish, operate, and ensure compliance with company and industry quality processes and standards.
Propose and implement measures to balance human resources, meet business requirements, and ensure project completion according to plan.
Identify and analyze customer requirements to ensure that the project is executed according to standards and achieves the highest customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular quality checks and evaluations to ensure that the project is progressing in the right direction and is effective.
Take responsibility for detailed planning and oversee the entire process of implementing the Data Migration project from receiving requirements to completion.
Allocate and coordinate team resources to ensure optimal and efficient project operations.
Create conditions for training, and capacity development within the team, foster team spirit, and motivation to achieve maximum productivity.
Monitor progress, assess and manage risks, and implement timely adjustments to ensure the project is completed on schedule.
Build and maintain close relationships with partners, customers, and departments within the company to ensure connectivity and support throughout the project implementation process.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Developer and 1 year as a Project Manager.
Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall...).
Problem- solving: identify the source of the issue and find a solution that satisfies the client’s needs.
Leadership: motivate the team, and create a positive work environment for the team to complete projects.
Fluency in English: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing is a plus.
Project management: managing the team to carry out the work on time.

Income: 25.000.000 VND- 35.000.000 VND/month + bonus (KPI) + allowance.
