Project Manager (PM) - From 3.000USD

Main development duties are as follows:
- Closely follow-up with project to ensure project deliverables are met
- Create and manage project timelines
- Work closely with the other teams to remain in full communication on the status and details of each project, including any cost or timing issues that may arise
- Manage resources for each assigned task to ensure that the project remains on schedule
- Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking
- Identify Project tasks and their description, sequence, interaction, dependencies, resource and skill requirements, in-process status, completion time and resource time requirement estimates

HAVE TO:

- Ability to assess and provide strict feedback to member to member when necessary.
- Language Skill: Excellent communication in English/ Japanese.
- Ability to quickly adapt new technology
- Expeience with Agile Scrum Development
- Over 5 years of experience in web open development, leadership experience: 3 year+
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with other teams
- Self-driven, proactive
- Schedule management capabilities
- Willing to listen to difference opinions from others
- Experience as a project leader/ manager
- Have a good sense of ownership and high responsibility

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with a system developemnt using cloud services
