Mô tả công việc

Job Description:
Office Setup and Company Establishment:

Statutory and Regulatory Filings: Complete and file essential documents with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Finalize Company Setup: Includes determining the legal structure, registering the company, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, optimizing the tax payment options (tax exemption) and complying with Vietnam regulations and laws.
Bank Account Facilitation: Assist in opening a bank account tailored to the company&039;s requirements, liaise with financial institutions, and manage initial deposits.

Physical Infrastructure Establishment:

Office Space Construction and Setup: Oversee the design, construction, and furnishing of the office space based on the company&039;s specifications and requirements.
Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Develop and implement strategies to ensure the company&039;s ability to continue operations in the event of disruptions or disasters.

IT Infrastructure Development:
Coordinate with IT service providers to oversee the followings:

Configuration of Technical Components: Set up and configure hardware devices such as routers, switches, laptops, etc., to ensure seamless functionality.
IT Environments and Connectivity: Create secure IT environments, ensuring robust connectivity, and implementing data masking techniques to safeguard sensitive information.
IT Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Formulate and implement backup and recovery plans to ensure IT systems&039; continuity during emergencies or system failures.
Technological Infrastructure Creation: Design and implement the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, software systems, and security protocols.

Service Delivery Setup:

Operational Processes Design: Assist Group Technology team for developing and documenting the operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and protocols for service delivery.
Governance Frameworks: Establish governance mechanisms and frameworks to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
KPIs and SLA Definition: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure and monitor service performance.

Cost Management:

Ongoing Technology Expenses: Setup governance model for overseeing recurring costs associated with maintaining network operations, software licenses, hardware maintenance, and other technology- related expenses.
Infrastructure Setup Costs: Manage expenses related to physical and IT infrastructure setup, including equipment purchase, construction costs, and installation charges.
General Administration and Consumables: Manage administrative costs, office supplies, utilities, and other consumables essential for day- to- day operations.

Commercial Arrangements:

Contractual Terms and Conditions: Draft and finalize contracts, outlining terms, conditions, rights, and obligations between client and stakeholders.
Service Level Compliance: Ensure adherence to agreed- upon service levels and performance benchmarks as outlined in contracts and agreements. Regularly review and improve service delivery of Technology team to meet these levels.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements:

Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience working with internal departments, external clients, and IT service providers.
Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
Ability to design KPIs and SLAs and implement monitoring mechanisms to track service performance.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Excellent English proficiency to work directly with international stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in Vietnam.
Strong financial acumen with experience in cost management and budgeting for infrastructure projects.
4+ years as a Project Manager/PMO, prerably with experience in office setup, infrastructure establishment, and service delivery coordination.
Academic Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT majors or other related fields.
Familiarity with the insurance or finance/banking domains is an advantage.
