Our projects span various domains, including E- commerce, Retail, and other Digital Platforms. We&039;re in search of a professional with strong Project Management background, who will play a crucial role in the success of our software projects and products, actively engaging with clients, gathering feedback and incorporating it into product development. Your role demands strong communication and leadership skills that enable you to effectively manage expectations, align stakeholders, and facilitate the delivery of high- quality software solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Requirements & Backlog ManagementEnsure the backlog is prepared for development.
Collaborate with clients to capture their business context, including goals, challenges, and opportunities;
Take ownership of backlog management, prioritizing user stories based on value, feasibility, and alignment with business goals;
2. Project Planning and ExecutionMilestone & Roadmap Management:
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely and successful delivery;
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional services or products that align with client needs and drive business growth.
Lead the successful delivery of projects for existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction;
Define and manage key project milestones and timelines to align with business objectives;
Risk & Change Management:
Manage change requests by working closely with Account Managers to understand customer needs, prioritize requests, and implement changes efficiently.
Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project development or delivery;
Quality Assurance & Process Alignment:
Collaborate with relevant teams to develop checklists and processes that ensure the quality of all deliverables meets the highest standards.
Ensure that all project processes are in compliance with company standards, regulations, and best practices;
Establish and monitor quality indicators and dashboards to track project performance;
Assess and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
3. Team Leadership & Resource AllocationResource Planning & Allocation:
Ensure that the right resources are in place to meet project demands and achieve timely delivery.
Work closely with the Delivery Manager and Project Management Office to plan and allocate resources effectively;
Team Collaboration & Support:
Participate in sprint planning and review meetings, providing guidance, addressing questions, and removing obstacles to ensure smooth project progress.
Facilitate strong collaboration within the project team, particularly with the Development Team;
