Project Manager - Quản Lý Dự Án

Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations;
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, partners and team members, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery;
Assign tasks to project assistants and perform other tasks as assigned by board of management.
Monitor and evaluate project performance and impact, and prepare regular and sudden reports and presentations for board of management and partners;
Plan and implement projects in the fields of new and renewable energy, green growth and decarbonization, environment and related fields, in collaboration with external partners;
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and propose solutions and recommendations for improvement;

Location: Hanoi, with frequent business trips to other localities in Vietnam and foreign countries.
Start date: As soon as possible in April

At least 3 years experience in project management, preferably on new and renewable energy and environmental projects.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, economics, diplomatics, etc.); advanced degree is a plus;
Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) at the professional level; knowing SQL and Microsoft Access is a plus.
Proven experience managing multi- stakeholder projects, especially market entry strategy, preferably in the energy sector; experience working in international organizations or with government relations is a plus;

Working in a multinational environment, having the opportunity to work with high- level government officials and large corporations on various projects;
Negotiated gross salary, minimum from 25,000,000 VND and performance- based incentives;
Full- salary insurance, 13- salary bonus and other benefits as regulated in Labour Law.
