Project Manager (SI)

To lead and manage System Integration (SI) projects, ensuring the successful integration of IT systems while meeting the client&039;s technical specifications and business requirements.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate integration risks, focusing on security, system performance, and compatibility issues.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to Contracts and Project Processes; provide regular status reports to all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Work directly with Clients and relevant stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
Project Management: Manage the scope, timeline, budget, and quality of SI projectsthroughout the lifecycle.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical teams during the implementation, integration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Go- live phases.

Functional Competencies:

Proficiency in managing risks related to integration, security, and operations.
Ability to manage complex SI projects involving multiple stakeholders and high technical requirements.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in an equivalent role.
Understanding of IT operations to effectively coordinate activities within SI projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients andstakeholders.
Strong capability in building and maintaining relationships with Clients and partners.
Strong mindset for compliance with Contracts, Processes, and Regulations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Background:

Experience working with Government/Public Sector or Banking & Finance clients is a strong plus.
Experience in Cloud or Data Center projects is advantageous.
