Project Manager (Software Testing)

Understand and apply work methods communicated by HQ
Implementing work analysis (issues & solutions) and improve work process
Set up performance management system, performance appraisal and make appropriate improvements
Communicate with relevant departments and conduct meetings (discussions) of work
Responsible to manage S/W Testing Team (>50 members)

Have at least 6 years experience in S/W Testing
Have over 10 years experience in project management
Strong communication and presentation skills in English
Have a deeply understanding of Korean corporate culture
Excellent leadership skills, able to communicate at all levels internally/externally

Pay social insurance on gross salary

5 working days/week: Monday- Friday, Day- off: Saturday- Sunday.
