Project Manager (Structural Background Preferred)

Forecast: Prepare monthly forecast with at least 2 months forecast.
Manpower: Plan project manpower resources, workload, evaluation, and people management to develop team.
Report: Make reports as requested, especially project completion reports.
In charge of the full cycle of a project: responsible for the overall implementation of requirements to meet project standards.
Odoo record: Assure correct records of all submissions in Odoo.
Develop and improve company procedure and workflow; Present regular improvement ideas and implement plan to BoD (quarterly).
Manage: Follow performance/quality of project, finalize and solve any arising variation/issue to ensure company standard.
Assure permanent conformity of design to customer specifications and requirements, company standards, and other regulation requirements.
Budget: Assure planned hours of all tasks/sub- tasks in project milestones to meet the assigned budget.
Analyze: Receive, review, and clarify detailed records of all instructions, requirements by client, and estimates for projects.
Meeting: Weekly meeting with design teams, consultants, clients, and line manager... ensure all changes to the project are agreed by all relevant parties.
Assure full scope of service as per contract agreement without exception.
Develop: Coordinate with all parties to develop the project schedule, workload, manpower, timeline, budget, quality, risk, and solutions..., and other aspects of project management.
Other assigned tasks by the Director.
Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships within a project team.
Support other departments (if needed) for project management.
Training: Evaluation requirements of project, prepare appropriate training course to upgrade the technical skill of team member/leader.

Experience in coordination with other parties and clients in projects.
High level of communication and intermediate leadership skills.
At least 6 years of experience in structural engineering design.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or relevant subjects.
Leadership management, training, and development of subordinate engineers.
Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
Understanding of Eurocode.
Project management skills or experience.
Reliable, professional, self- motivated, and good attitude.
Strong multi- task and priority skills to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or other management positions in Structural Design or Consulting.
Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
Advanced English.
Strong problem- solving and time/risk management skills.
