Project Manager Technical Lead

Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical challenges and obstacles, continually monitoring for risks and developing strategies to address them effectively.
Technical Oversight: Responsible for overseeing the technical elements of the project, including design, architecture, and integration points, to ensure that all technological components align with the project objectives.
Training and Mentoring: Utilize technical expertise to help upskill team members, ensuring the team remains informed about the latest technological advancements and best practices.
Pre- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
Resource Allocation: Assign appropriate tasks to team members, maximizing the use of skills and ensuring timely project completion.
Integration Management: Ensure that various tools, platforms, and systems involved in software projects work together seamlessly, facilitating smooth functionality and interoperability.
Continuous Improvement: Skilled in conducting retrospectives to analyze completed sprints or project phases, identifying improvement areas, and implementing changes to enhance future processes.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non- technical stakeholders. Manage the development team (including developers, testers, and business analysts) to achieve project objectives.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Must- Haves:

Leadership Skills: Experience in leading a team, including task assignment, system analysis, and managing team performance.
3- 5 years of experience as a developer, tester, or business analyst prior to transitioning to a project manager or tech lead role.
At least 2 years of experience in a project management or tech lead position.
Fluency in English: Strong written and verbal English skills are essential for functioning in an international work environment.
Problem- Solving Skills: Planning and executing projects typically involve problem- solving at every stage. Maintain an open mindset and support project teams in consulting on solutions and ideas for clients.
Communication Skills: Effective Technical Project Managers must communicate clearly with numerous internal and external stakeholders through both spoken and written channels.

Nice- to- Haves:

Preference for candidates with experience in Odoo, ERP, or Python systems.
Experience as a Fractional CTO or Solutions Architect is an advantage.
Strong pre- sales skills and familiarity with pre- sales activities are beneficial.
