Project Manager (Up to 3000$)

Main task:

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects;
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget;
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals;
Provide required technical information and briefings for our marketing team, community and support to assure optimal internal and external communication;

Others:

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Develop visions and requirements, that deliver market leading innovative products;
Research and understand the broader cryptocurrency / blockchain ecosystem, especially in relation to competing blockchain networks;

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

Experience with project management software tools.
Demonstrated skill in developing the product roadmaps and functional specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research, and informing user testing;
At least 2 years in the crypto space with a proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch;
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager or similar roles;
Good English communication skills (speaking & writing) and should have strong Presentation capabilities;
Technical background, with experience in blockchain is a big advantage;

Nice to have:

Excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience with working in a globally distributed team;
Proven leadership, initiative and strong partnership building required;
Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions;
Solid product research skills and a desire for coming up with cool innovative ideas.
