Overall manage on project execution including technical and functional clarification, internal and external kicking-off, time scheduling, engineering organization, quality controlling, cost estimation and tracking, and project payment management etc.
» Fulfil the application and implementation of decided optimized scheme in accordance with PCD principle and CIP process to reach the purpose of cost down of project
» Supervise and control in the course of project execution include safety, quality and schedule
» Execute the project milestone and quality gate control for achieving targets assigned in different phases until the final acceptance
» Consult with customers on technical specification, segregation of duties, persons designated, brand list , commercial terms
» Predicate and assess the risks and opportunities of project and mainly works around the uncertainties of assessment result aroused by the unascertained information in the risk assessment process

» Language: Chinese (Mandarin) is advantage, English
» Job location : Hải Phòng
» Good management, organizational and verbal communication skills
» Good knowledge of MS-Office programs
»» University degree or apprenticeship in either mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification
» Willing to travel
» Setting clear goal, problem solving, honesty and sincerity
» Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary
» Leadership skill, good customer relationship skill
