Project Manager

• Approaching customers to capture requirements from customers from the early stage of not signing the contract. From there, analyze and evaluate needs/wants and advise on building solutions for customers;
• Support the team to orient, develop and improve skills;
• Control the progress and quality of the project implementation according to the plan;
• Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Department/Board of Directors.
• Manage and coordinate stakeholders in the project;
• Lead the organization and implementation of the project;
• Monitor the status of the project, control problems, changes, risks, conflicts between project stakeholders, proactively propose solutions;
• Participate in research and presentation of new technologies;
• Negotiate and request with the company&039;s leaders about prioritizing personnel for the project in specific stages
• Support the team to orient, develop and improve skills;
• Organizing the acceptance, putting products into use, making reports on project implementation according to the company&039;s regulations;

• At least 3 years of project development experience;
• Ability to manage groups of 5 or more people, communication skills, people development/motivation for team members;
• University degree in IT or equivalent;
• Having certificate in Project Management, Agile is an advantage.
• Proficient in using office computers and Microsoft projects; project management software
• At least 1 year of experience in project management in the sequence of Waterfall/Agile/Scrum;
