Project Manager

Identify, analyse and propose suitable solution architecture and designs with subject matter experts to support business requirements.
Collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts to articulate and to define business requirements.
Other add- hoc tasks
Deliver strong internal and external stakeholder engagements to drive IT projects within the company.
Generate and review specifications of applications, including UI/UX.
Report to Program Lead and/or Product Manager and assist on project- related tasks as required.
Manage vendor’s resources and ensure proper deployment of resources
Consult and assist business units regarding any deployment of system changes or new system function, and manage the associated processes and deliverables, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and implementation activities.

Strong project management skillset- with experience working on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects. Past experiences managing large- scale IT project preferred.
Databases and data structure
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across different seniority level.
User journey mapping
Working knowledge on the following:
University degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
English proficiency is a must
Requirement documentations (e.g. user stories creation) and test analysis
A recognized professional qualification in Project Management, Business Analysis or Agile will be advantageous.
Knowledge of Financial applications and Equity Trading will be advantageous.
Experience in requirements gathering (e.g. Workflows, Mockups, Use Cases) and translating them into user journeys.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical and effective problem- solving skills.
