Job Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
· Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
· Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
· Manage contractors’ work progress on site and monitor resource adequacy.
· Ensure that on- site works adhere to the latest approved drawing and specifications.
· Manage all tendering processes, contract awards and cost control.
· Lead and motivate project team members to ensure high performance and successful project outcomes and stakeholders’ satisfaction.
· Prepare supporting documents for project management, from the initial stage to construction, testing, and commissioning.
· Assess the main risks/Issues of the project, update, report daily and weekly on the Company’s AECIS System.
· Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on- site.
Education requirements
· Bachelor&039;s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Relevant Certificates:
· Construction Supervision/Project Management License – Grade I issued by Construction Ministry.
· PMP Certificate (If any)

Experience Requirements
· Good Interpersonal, communication, decision- making, planning, leadership, reporting, problem- solving, time, risk and conflict management, budgeting skills, interact well with high- level stakeholders.
· Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast- paced and dynamic environment
· Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry and handled project independently for at least 10 years in Planning, Contract management, project Cost Management.
· Communications skills in English is a must.
· Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Fluent in Microsoft office or project management software.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Willing to work away from home.
