Project Manager

- Produce master schedule of the project and monitor the project progress on daily and weekly basis.
- Coordinate with Procurement Manager on cost control and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide clear instructions and information to site supervisors to manage subcontractors and suppliers at site.
- Plan for the resources required to ensure the projects run as per the schedule produced.
- Act as a project in-charge for the projects assigned by the company and communicate with client’s representative at site all times.
- Manage site supervision, quality control and hand over with client.
- Coordinate with other departments and consultants to ensure the projects are built based on the latest information given.
- Check and understand all the technical details of the projects in charged.
- Carry out all the works assigned by Construction Manager and Directors in the company.

- Must be well organized with his work and detail orientated. Understand it’s the small things that make the difference.
- An ability to negotiate to find the best win win result.
- A good team player with integrity, positive attitude, confidence, self-motivation to produce excellent result.
- Comfortable working under time and budget pressure.
- Professional outlook and well presented, wants to do things right.
- Able to resolve problems and comfortable trouble shooting on the go.
Hard Skills
- Strong communication skills, must speak good English and able to meet with clients for project meetings.
- Thorough understanding of the Interior design & construction details and process.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Project & Excel proficiently.
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent project management skills for managing time, cost and quality.
- Have experience in managing project using Autodesk Revit could be an advantage
Experiences
- Minimum 5 years of managing Interior projects.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in related field of interior design & interior construction.
