Manage multiple small- scale projects concurrently.
Participate in technical proposal creation and presales activities.
Ensure projects are executed according to approved specifications and plans.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical and business requirements.
Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and escalate critical risks to stakeholders with recommended actions.
Organize meetings with client stakeholders and oversee task assignments within the project team.
Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and effort through appropriate validation techniques.
Ensure all team members follow established implementation methodologies, security policies, and procedures.
Monitor project performance and provide weekly status updates to clients.
Oversee resource and task distribution to maintain optimal team productivity.
Conduct training sessions for end- users when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor&039;s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT projects, including at least 3 full software development life cycles; Agile experience is an advantage.
Proficient in project management, including cost, resource, scope, schedule, and risk management (PMP certification is a plus).
Familiar with backend technologies.
Can communicate in English
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem- solving abilities.
