Develop implementation plans and execution methods to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Report and update project status and progress to the Department Head and clients.
Identify potential risks and take timely corrective measures when issues arise.
Manage project documents and records.
Receive client requests and propose solutions.
Collaborate with clients and partners during project execution.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Manage, monitor, and supervise project progress and quality to ensure compliance with scope and contractual requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Ability to manage tasks, work in teams, and work independently.
English proficiency: basic communication, ability to read and understand documents, and write reports and emails in English.
Basic knowledge of Information Technology, cloud platform services, DevSecOps deployment, or software development.
Strong planning, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Project management certification is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other supporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, etc.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.

Working hours: Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays off as regulated.
