The Responsibilities, skills, qualifications and experience
Should be well versed with Agile- Scrum
Must have a strong interpersonal skill, be flexible, adaptable and ambitious
Nice to Have PMP or PMI- ACP certification
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Establish and maintain relationship with third party vendors.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Ensure resource availability and allocations.
Must be very good at stakeholder management
Preferably shall be from Service based company.
Must have 5+ years of hands- on experience of working as a Project Manager, managing software development projects.
Nice to have ability to do Sales or business development
Must be excellent in verbal and written communication
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Delegate project tasks based on staff members individual strength, skill set and experience levels.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Should have experience of managing technical people
Preferably shall be from Software Development background.

8+ Years of experience out of which minimum 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, managing software development projects
