Project Marketing Coordinator (Thai Lan Market)

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Project Marketing Coordinator (PR & Media) with 3–5 years of experience in PR booking, guest posting, or PBN management, ideally with a strong background in the Thai market. The role requires building and leveraging networks with agencies, publishers, and KOLs/KOCs in Thailand, while understanding the local media landscape and consumer behavior.The ideal candidate is proficient in English, with Thai language skills as a strong plus, and demonstrates strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple deadlines. This position values a proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with cross- functional teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES● Execute PR, guest post, and PBN bookings across media platforms in the Thai market.● Manage and maintain long- term relationships with Thai agencies, publishers, KOLs/KOCs, and media partners.● Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Content, Digital) to ensure booking activities align with overall marketing strategies.● Track, review, and report the effectiveness of PR/guest post/PBN campaigns, providing data- driven recommendations for improvement.● Keep up to date with Thai market trends related to PR, guest post, and PBN activities to support cross- border marketing plans.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in PR booking, guest posting, or PBN management, preferably with exposure to the Thai market.
● Proficiency in English (required); Thai language skills are a strong advantage.
● Solid understanding of Thai media landscape and consumer behavior.
● Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as with cross- functional teams.
● Strong network with agencies, publishers, KOLs/KOCs in Thailand.
● Thai professionals currently based in Vietnam with proven marketing experience are highly encouraged to apply.
● Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable handling multiple deadlines.
