Minimum requirements:
• Experience in working with relevant governmental institutions in Viet Nam preferably with the Ministry of Finance and financial regulators. Experience working with international development organizations would be an asset
• Self- driven and pro- active personality with excellent skills in organizing him- /herself
• Excellent language skills in Vietnamese and English, knowledge of German would be an asset, excellent IT- skills are a must (e.g. Excel and other MS Office apps)
• Excellent, technical understanding of green bond frameworks, sustainable finance taxonomies and carbon market development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• University Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business or Law
• Excellent understanding of the technical and organizational framework of Viet Nam’s financial and financial regulatory system with a strong focus on sustainable and energy finance especially for women
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of green finance and mobilizing green investments with proven project management experience
• Excellent cooperation and networking skills across different actors, institutions and personalities
• Willingness to travel, both within Viet Nam and possibly abroad
