Project Owner & Delivery Manager (Scrum, Agile)

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Product Owner and Delivery Manager to spearhead our product development initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional problem- solving skills and a knack for critical thinking. The primary focus will be on solution delivery management, leveraging Agile methodologies, and steering Scrum and Sprint processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize UX/UI design skills (additional) to enhance product interfaces, preferably with Figma.
Develop and maintain comprehensive user manuals for our products.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Coordinate cross- functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
Employ critical thinking and problem- solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
Lead solution delivery management, ensuring projects adhere to Agile, Scrum, and Sprint methodologies.
Produce various reports, including delivery progress and risk management assessments.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, aligning with company goals and market demands.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience in product management and delivery, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field.
Additional skills in UX/UI design, with experience in Figma preferred.
Exceptional problem- solving and critical thinking abilities.
Can communicate in Korean or English or both and have leadership skills.
Experience in creating detailed reports and user manuals.
