In the near future, we plan to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Project Planning & Development Officer.
- Report to: General Manager
- Work location: HCM Branch Office- 15th Floor, LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC
- Working time: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, Monday- Friday
Detailed job description:
Assist with market desk research: (20%)
+ Analyze and evaluate the found data: Combine data and analyze it to get a conclusion;
+ Collect data and information about some specific industries and its trends;
+ Making reports for research results and analysis.
Assist with mall project- related research: (20%)
+ Suggestions based on general statistics, desk research for customer behavior at target location).
+ General statistics (city/province profile, tourism, population, annual income, labor, etc.);
Assist with admin tasks for the department (Business trip preparation, Payment request, Service Contract, Roster, Taxi- Grab control, and other related tasks) (20%);
Assist with research of other topics/other tasks assigned by higher managers (20%).
Assist with existing malls report and analysis (Collect data for mall business performance and analysis) (20%);

Bachelor’s degree in any field;
Good Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
1 – 2 years of working experience in Real estate project development, Market research, and Data analysis is advanced;
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
