Project QA Engineer

Generate SQC test plan and supervise the tests until release and internal approval.
Support product introduction and ensure new machines, fixtures, and materials are validated prior production release.
Provide recommendations with regards to the products.
Advising and supporting the project team members.
Support product qualification at Customer.
Supporting new and transfer projects and ensure that all applicable deliverables outlined in the Product and Process Development Process are executed correctly and timely.
Consult with Product Development on technical specifications of the products.
Capture lesson learned during the project phase and provide feedback to Product Development department via FMEA update list for future projects.
Generate process FMEA together with Production Engineering.
Consulting with internal departments such as Product Development, Product Engineering, Production, Industrialization, Operations QA, Application Engineering and other relevant departments regarding the operation and appearance of new products.

Education:
Sc/M.Sc of Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
Experience:
Above 2 years in Engineering or product/process Engineer
Professional Knowledge:
- 8D Problem Solving
- People Management & Communication Skills
- Control Plan, FMEA, Statistical Process Control
- Quality System Auditing Skills
- NPI experience/Reliability Test experience
