Project Quality Engineer

- Record and follow up findings after internal and external audit.
- Coordinate with core team to do and review PFMEA, PFC, CP, IPQC.
- Monitor MSA, goden samples, gauges in production line.
- Monitor making sample process in DV and PV stage.
- Lead to solve of customer complaint (8D report) in project stage.
- Approve spec of FGs and raw materials and all documents of process DFMEA, PFMEA, PFC, CP, WI, start up check list in master list.
- Update spec and documents of process in master list.
- Lead to solve of internal complaint (A3 form) in project stage.
- Monitor supplier for PPAP raw material during project phase.
- Follow up the the making samples, validation, trial run process
- Conduct negotiation with customer and suppliers over quality requirements.
- Monitor inspector of checking samples and raw materials.
- Assist for customer audit, prepare in advance with relevant departments and organize audit.
- Implement transfer to mass production related to quality topic for QA process.
- Propose QTP condition and follow up testing plan to customer.
- Implement PPAP and IMDS to submit to customer and follow up until get a formal approval.
- Assist for internal audit process with PQA supervisor.
- Ensure customer requirement has been informed to relevant departments.
In- charge for quality topic with customer site.
- Prepare control plan getting the information from the process design engineer and in coordination with them
- Inform to customer for process change.
- Monitor PPAP submission and customer approval.
- Manage supplier PPAP, IMDS approval, control supplier and RMs issue, supervise RMs checking, approve RMs WI.
- RM PPAP approval during DV.
- Ensure project is smoothly for all quality topic.

- Experience: 1 year in a similar position
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electric, project management or other related fields
- Have basic experience or knowledge of VDA 6.3, Problem Solving ( A3/8D )
- Have knowledge about ISO 2015:9001 or IATF 2016:16949 training course.
