Project Quality Supervisor

- Ensure quality of New Projects/Transfer Projects/PCN and Improvement
- Oversee Customer representative in order to assure that customer requirements take into account internally in new projects.
- Ensure quality samples PO marking, implement final audit, IPQC, coordinate control CSL1
- Coordinate review projects transferring from DV to PV and from PV to mass production
- Lead of customer claim, customer quality issue , 8D report submission
- Review of PPAP submission and customer approval for new project / PCN / transferring.
- Coordinate review PCN transferring to mass production
- Manage project timeline related to quality as PPAP, QTP, Customer audit, Internal audit and trial run of new project / PCN / transferring.
- Coordinate review and approve FMEA, CP,PLC,WI,checklist document in process validation for new project / PCN / transferring.
- Lead of customer audit. Discuss with customer about scope and plan audit. Arrange relevant preparing customer audit, following finding action plan after customer audit
- Confirm MSA, golden samples, test equipment calibration, gauge are validated for used in production
- Confirm QTP plan to customer, monitor budget cost for QTP , propose equipment testing, follow up internal QTP plan, preparation implement, and QTP report, analysis defect in case QTP failed for new project / PCN / transferring.
- Perform other assigned task by direct manager
- Supervise Projects Quality team and LAB team
- Manage supplier PPAP, IMDS approval, control supplier and RMs issue, supervise RMs checking, approve RMs WI for PCN / Transfer project.
- Coordinate implement validation, approval validation report for new projects.
- Manage supplier PPAP, IMDS approval, control supplier and RMs issue, supervise RMs checking, approve RMs WI.
- Lead of internal audit/ trial run , release finding and result of audit, internal problem, review action plan , record to system

- Experience: 2 years in a similar position
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electric or other related fields
- Good English
- Have training and negotiation skills
- Have knowledge of 6S, Continuously improvement, Documentation / record retention
- Have experience or knowledge of Awareness & Internal Auditor IATF 16949 / ISO 9001:2015
