RESPONSIBILITIES
Find opportunities and build credibility with customers and increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your defined area.
Act as the primary liaison between customers, Company&039;s support team members, and other business units to ensure clear and efficient communication.
Achieve sales targets by developing and managing sales plans for specific products, services, or solutions using a disciplined sales process.
Provide regular status updates to sales management tool, including forecast and pipeline summaries.
Frequent travel is required
Establish relationships and understand customer business to provide the appropriate product, systems, and solutions for customers.
Quotation / tender preparation for new system sales enquiries, including:
Customer meetings to identify needs and evaluation of possible solutions
Concept development of solution together with pre- project team
Co- ordination and team leadership of all activities required to compile quotation / tender document including final editing of customer proposal document.
Development of “pitch” and presentation for quotation / tender
Customer meetings / presentations to review quotation / tender
Opportunity evaluation, prioritisation and identification of both commercial and technical risk
REQUIREMENTS:
Special Skills Required
Microsoft Office fluently
Can work both in independent and in team work
Willing to travel
Ability to read, comprehend and write in English
Familiar with Incoterms, able to negotiate commercial terms
Experience Required
Experience in working/or selling Level 2 (Control System), L3 (MES, Product/ Energy Optimization) and/or L4 (ERP) and IIOT Solutions, Industry 4.0, etc of ISA 95.
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
Understanding of Pricing Strategy and negotiating terms and conditions, price with customers.
Excellent Team player
Experience working in F&B and Pharma for 03 years
Educational required:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree from Technical University
Understanding of Company&039;s solutions portfolio would be added advantage
