Project Sales Manager

Participate in project meetings, work directly with customers, and handle issues arising during and after sales, including warranty matters.
Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing project customers (Investors, Contractors, Design Consultants); providing solutions consulting and product introductions.
Monitor production schedules, delivery progress, payment status, and receivables to ensure business efficiency.
Manage and support the project sales team in pricing development, technical consultation, and customer relationship management.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure projects are implemented in accordance with approved plans.
Manage quotation activities, negotiate, execute, and monitor the implementation of project sales contracts.

Strong communication, negotiation, problem- solving, and cross- functional coordination skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
Solid understanding of project sales processes, including working with Investors, Contractors, and Design Consultants; quotation, bidding, negotiation, and contract management.
Proven experience in sales team management; strong skills in planning, progress monitoring, revenue, and receivables control.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project- based B2B sales; preference given to candidates with experience in electrical equipment, building materials, home appliances, electronics & refrigeration, or technical solution industries.
Ability to read technical drawings and perform quantity take- offs; basic technical product knowledge is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/SAP systems is a strong plus.
