Sourcing and supply chain management
▪ Duty might be adjusted per actual business required.
▪ Trouble shooting for any problem happen in production or components supply.
▪ Monitor supplier delivery of regular and promo shipments
▪ Handle the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.
▪ Monitor and reinforce supply chain on- time delivery performance.
▪ Outsourcing support in Vietnam.
▪ Other ad hoc required
▪ Monitor supplier finish goods production and components supply/manufacturing of regular and promo shipments
Projects and Engineering
▪ Handle project documents
▪ Contact Windows – supplier’s project teams and RTI (US team) engineering..
▪ Cost tracking
▪ Single contact window approach to each supplier.
▪ Documentation on Projects
▪ Schedule expediting
▪ Weekly conference calls and minutes updates.
▪ Project Timeline Tracking and Enforcement
▪ Participate in conference calls with global team
▪ keeping all parties informed via tracking tools – MS Projects, PSRs, Project Log Sheets, Projects Status Report & CCDR.
▪ Transparent Cost Tracking
▪ Problem solving from PIR (Project start) to production
▪ Finding and driving solutions to the problems and constraints Identified.

Academic:
- Degree level education, preferably in Business, Commercial, Finance, Engineering or related
disciplines
- Knowledge of Hardware & tools accessories or Consumer goods industries would be an advantage
- Technical knowledge also an advantage.
- Years of experience
- Minimum 5years purchasing or supply chain related experience or Mechanical experience.
Other skills:
- Pro- active self- starter who can work with initiative and high energy
- Travel required
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese. English is a plus.
- Aggressive and well- organized
- Good negotiation skills
