Project Specialist

Job Responsibilities: ​
Laird Vietnam (An affiliate of DuPont company) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full- time position located in Bac Ninh province.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, managing a cross- functional team of professionals to complete assigned projects or programs.
* Generate or facilitate documentation per engineering procedures.
* Define, plan, and manage project goals and milestone activities, set priorities or direction for multiple programs in development.
* Collaborate with SBU functions and/or site team management to manage a cross- functional team and meet product development requirements and cost targets.
* Adhere to related quality and safety systems/standards.

Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or other related field
Skills and competencies:
* Proficient in English and Vietnamese communication in 4 skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
* Manage activities between departments to meet product development or project requirements, while achieving cost target.
* Experience in managing, planning and negotiations, with excellent time management skills.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
* Strong in leadership skills, attention to detail, result- driven, good communication skills and interpersonal
* Ability to establish good cross- functional relationships with related parties for project or program completion.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project.
* Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing, with at least 3 years in project management or project engineering. Experience in metal stamping, plating, coating processing is an advantage.
