JOB BRIEF:
Plan, monitor, and be responsible for the timely completion of the company&039;s projects in line with set schedules. Ensure that all projects are carried out and completed according to the company&039;s standards and Principal&039;s requirements.
MAIN TASKS:
- Ensure necessary procedures with relevant government agencies for new openings, renovations, etc., including obtaining construction registration permits or advertising permits for the company or its stores.
- Implement and supervise the construction of new projects (regardless of geographical location).
- Ensure the completion of the construction process for new stores after receiving site information.
- Responsible for contacting contractors, suppliers, or any other third party for repairs, replacements for all equipment (if needed), including electrical and refrigeration systems under warranty and/or periodic maintenance for stores.
- Advise the Board of Directors in selecting construction contractors.
- Plan and implement necessary measures to ensure business operations are not affected in case of power outage (rent generators, etc.) and/or other cases.
- Perform the function of checking, comparing, verifying the authenticity of quotations from contractors for new construction projects or repair and maintenance related to the scope of work to ensure the selection of the best
- Support brand managers in construction- related tasks.
- Create, check, control, sign, and be responsible for project acceptance documents, materials, and equipment for construction projects, stores, etc.
- Manage and supervise the effectiveness of team members to ensure the department&039;s goals are successfully achieved as per the established plan.
- Participate and coordinate with other departments in the opening of new stores.
- Be accountable to the Board of Directors for the quality acceptance of projects after handover by contractors.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Principal regarding requirements for all stores.
- Support brand managers in all brand- related requests concerning construction, repairs, or maintenance of stores.

- Search for and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers of products, and services (related to the scope of work) with a good reputation and competitive prices to serve the job.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, semi- annual, and annual reports as required by the P&M Manager.
- Perform other tasks as required by the P&M Manager.
