Running Projects (New Store, Renovation, Upgrading, Re- layout, Closure) of All Brands to meet:
Guideline of Landlord
Guideline of Brand
Quality
Timeline
Budget
Managing related activities to Maintenance all existing stores in region be assigned, including:
Solution for maintenance and avoiding problem related infrastructure
Quality
Suitable cost
Fast responsibility
Coordinating with other related Departments to make better result.
Other tasks be assigned by line manager

Have knowledge about working process logically
College graduate / Bachelor Degree of Architect, Construction, Interior or some field related Construction.
Understand retail field.
At least 3 years of supervising experience.
Proficient with working on software as Auto CAD, 3D, Photoshop, MS Office, and other design software.
English: read, write, communication fluently
High awareness of the current Vietnamese laws and regulations; and familiar with Vietnamese as well international building codes and standards;
Have general knowledge about construction, material, and interior.
