Promotion Associate - Marketing

Ensure confidentiality of all information during the process.
Provide info needed for a Customer Service team to resolve issue user raised, and cover good user&039;s experience. Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange.
Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements.
Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/rebate- related issues and improve the voucher process.
Provide info needed for a Customer Service team to resolve issue user raised, and cover good user&039;s experience. Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange.
Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing.
Support Business Development & Marketing team to issue promotions programs (vouchers, product promotions, add- on deals, bundle deals, free shipping...) on requests.
Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.
Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly.

Have a service mindset.
Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
Nimble, careful, and enjoy working on details.
Data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Command of communication, negotiation, and problem- solving.
