Pu Foam Senior Specialist Ii (Footwear)

This position support Production team for running production smoothly, meet quality standard and chemical loss, defect rate control as well as communicate with stakeholders (T1s, Insole production, QC/QA, CS and sales) for quality issues improvement.
- Manage PU process, mixing ratio, % pigment, cup foam to raise foaming quality and customer complaint reduction
- Improve productivity and operation cost reduction
- Create new PU foaming SOP, splitting SOP
- Working with CE team, suppliers for formulation improvement or chemical issues
- Manage chemical loss from production
- Providing technical advices to R&D and Production team for achieving Foaming KPIs
- Foaming quality and chemical loss improvement
- Foaming automation process improvement
- Manage PU color swatch in pouring machine to ensure deliver consistent color which is aligned with sample from CE team/QC
- Solve daily production problems to meet quality standards and delivery time
- Support Production team about PU technical knowledge to achieve Foaming target

Foreign language:Good at English 4 skills
Experience:At least 5 working experience in PU in footwear industry for candidates who has graduated from polymer or related chemical background(under university graduation for candidates who has been working in PU footwear production more than 10 years experience with similar roles)
Education&Knowledge:Graduated chemical, polymer or material science from university.
