Oversees the condition of Lobby/FOH to ensure everything is in top condition and guest impressive are met
Maintains and adheres to the policy regarding lost and found and well handling
Double check, maintains, report HSK equipment properly
Oversees the issuing, controlling and application of housekeeping cleaning chemicals
Training/Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate employees
Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to assistant
Executes departmental administration filling in forms and checklists as required on time
Response engineering failures and breakdowns and follows up on repair schedules
Ensures that BOH office are cleaned on time, checks them on completion of cleaning and reports
Directs and controls all subordinate Public Area Attendants to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and all outlet is cleaning all time
Assigns Area/ outlet for cleaning as per schedules and monitors the cleaning process
Oversees the cleanliness and maintenance of housekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order

Achievement of the goals and objectives of the department
Attendance at scheduled training sessions

22 standard working days per month.
