Public Relation Manager

SCOPE OF POSITION
The Public Relations Manager is responsible for Hoiana Resort & Golf Corporate Media Relations program planning and execution in support of overall integrated resort. The position requires to act as a guardian to protect the company&039;s reputation and actively promote Hoiana Resort & Golf at the corporate level together with Corporate Affairs teams by launching charity affairs, attending local seminars…etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to:
• Manage the budget for the corporate PR campaigns, ensuring expenses are well- managed and in compliance.
• Build strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders to secure impactful media coverage.
• Execute comprehensive media and public relations plans, collaborating closely with the leader of External Affairs, to ensure alignment with the corporate and project’s overarching objectives.
• Facilitate media- centric events, press briefings, and media tours that effectively showcase the resort&039;s amenities, special events, and unique offerings.
• Supervise PR executive, offering mentorship and direction to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of PR initiatives.
• Stay attuned to industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments, proactively identifying PR opportunities and potential challenges.
• Draft engaging press releases, articles, and media materials that highlight the company&039;s distinctive attributes and value propositions.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager and the Company.
• Support in crisis communication strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the business units to synchronize PR efforts.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing team to develop stories that align with overal image and campaigns.
• Assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative metrics, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in communications and media relations.
• Min. of 5 years of public relations, communications, marketing, advertising agency or related experience
• Impeccable copywriting & and editing abilities (Vietnamese and English are a MUST)
• Strong contacts with travel and related media across Asia
• Degree level in Marketing, Communications, and Business administration
• Excellent verbal communication, writing skills, and presentation skills.
• Prior integrated resort experiences will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work and lead projects independently.
• Can work well in a team setting; problem solver; have excellent negotiation skills.
