Ensure purchase prices comply with approved contracts and quotations.
Assist in monthly inventory counts for food, beverage and operating supplies.
Reconcile physical inventory with system balances and investigate discrepancies.
Update daily cost data into the accounting/cost control system.
Verify receiving documents, purchase orders and supplier invoices.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Detail- oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and responsible.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Willing to conduct inventory checks outside of regular hours/night shifts when needed.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
