Acts as a liaison between the event managers and meeting & event planners during the event phase of the meeting or special event.
The Meeting Concierge position was created to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of meeting & event planners and guests.
A highly visible representative of the hotel who is aimed towards addressing guest needs, anticipation and resolution of potential problems.
Acts as an extension of different departments often assisting in Events Services, Event Set Up, Outlets, Engineering and Front Office.
Provides meeting & event planners with seamless, on- site support.
Work closely with every department in the hotel to ensure each event is successful.

Sales and event planning knowledge and skills.
Upbeat and positive attitude
At least 2 years of related experience in Banquet
Poised to remain calm under pressure
Exceptional communication, detail, and follow- through
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Multi- tasking, great organizational skills
Quick to make personal connections
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast- paced environment.
Ideally the candidate should have a degree or diploma in related major
