- Responsible for all security operations including parking in the hotel.
- Coordinate with the outsourced security force and resolve any problems that arise according to their notices.
- Help the hotel&039;s security manager and safety division
- Deal with customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Master the rules and regulations of the hotel&039;s security, regulations on fire prevention and fighting, the provisions of the law and ensure that everyone always follows these rules strictly.
- Cooperate with security forces of state agencies when required.
- Follow up incidents in the hotel and contact relevant departments to resolve in case of need.

- 2 years work experience in the security/safety field or 2 years work experience in the hospitality field or a combination thereof.
- Fire Safety, First Aid & Security Officer Certificate is required.
- Possess some previous supervisory or management level work experience.
- Had experiences at Hospitality.
