Issue inventory items on a first in first out basis.
To initiate re- ordering of food and beverage storeroom items to ensure optimum quantities are on hand to meet the business&039; needs.
Ensure goods are monitored and controlled by PAR. Bincard for each item must be in place.
Ensure to issue the goods to all department by fully approved store requisition form.
Liaise with Cost Controller to consolidate goods movement from storeroom in system on a daily basis
Liaise with receiving area to collect food and beverage items from loading dock and to place into respective storeroom.
Maintain a list of authorized signatories who may sign requisitions and place this list in a prominent place.
Ensure department signs the store requisition form to evidence receipt of goods and maintain filing system of completed store requisition forms.
Assist in performing bi- annual stocktakes of food stores and update system for results of stocktake
Ensure that all incoming merchandise is undamaged and in the quantit as per the receiving records
Monthly slow moving items report must be submitted to DOF
Assist in performing monthly stocktakes of beverage stores and update system for results of stocktake.
Inform DOF and Cost Controller of any instances of theft, breakage or obsolete/damaged stock.

Understanding of purchasing, storing and issuing stock control procedures.
Knowledge of food handling safety standards.
Able to speak, read, write and understand Vietnamese and English language used in the workplace.
