Purchasing And Administration Assistant (Based In Hai Duong Factory)

SUMMARY
Pico Play is an industry leader in design, planning and construction of attraction projects including theme parks, water parks and nature parks. Pico Play is setting up a new fabrication facility in Hai Duong area to support many Vietnamese and international projects.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To coordinate all administration, purchasing and logistics functions for the factory including:
• Any other general office duties as requested from time to time
• Organise the maintenance of the IT operations in the office
• Preparing and dispatch of admin documents
• Manage general office communications including answering phone calls
• Office supplies ordering and inventory
• To coordinate all general office duties to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment
• Source and obtain competitive pricing of suppliers and equipment
• Manage mailing and courier services
• Issue purchase orders and process invoices
• Distribute and reconcile petty cash float

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent.
• Ability to manage and multi-task and work independently.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Purchasing/Inventory/Logistics/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of working experience with purchasing, logistics background.
• Meticulous to detail and committed.
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English and Vietnamese language
