Purchasing & Controlling Executive

Monitor the procurement process, ensuring quantity, quality, and timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
Take responsibility for completing documentation and bidding procedures in accordance with company regulations.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long- term relationships to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
Other ad hoc task
Collaborate directly with departments to develop annual procurement budgets for each department.
Prepare cost- effectiveness and operational efficiency reports for procurement activities. Offer solutions to improve procurement processes and optimize procurement costs.
Control the procurement budget for each department according to the approved plan, and assist in reviewing and reconciling payment balances with relevant parties.
Complete purchase documents as required and specified by the company.

Proficient in office computer skills.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement position. Preference is given to candidates with experience in the commerce and service industry.
Understand trends and proactively seek and negotiate quality sources of supply (in terms of products, prices, and services).
Possess the ability to quickly analyze issues, negotiate effectively, and communicate well with various partners both within and outside the company.
