Strategic Procurement Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and contribute to overall strategic planning..

Vendor Management:

Lead the identification and evaluation of potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and establishing strong, long- term relationships.
Oversee regular assessments of supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.

Cost Optimization:

Collaborate with internal teams to manage and optimize procurement budgets..
Drive cost- saving initiatives through effective negotiation, supplier collaboration, and strategic sourcing practices.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that suppliers adhere to agreed- upon quality specifications..
Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards for purchased materials.

Risk Management:

Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, ensuring continuity of material supply.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high- performing procurement team.

3 years of experience in the field of plastic purchasing.
2 years of experience developing domestic and international raw material supplies
Strong negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing skills.
10 years of experience in the field of purchasing raw materials for factories, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
In- depth knowledge of international trade regulations and import- export processes.
