Purchasing Engineer

- Provide a suitable raw material supplier base to PREMO team needs (R&D, purchasing, etc.).- New suppliers evaluation / audits.- Negotiation and commercial conditions agreements with new local suppliers (price, lead time, delivery conditions, etc.).- Monitor suppliers performance indicators and corrective actions follow-up (on time deliveries, quality, etc.).- Raw material cost reduction according to established objectives.- Read and analize drawing, estimate cost and mass base on drawing from R&D- Supplier panel management (searching, evaluation, analysis and proposal, improvement plan)- Generation of proposals for PPV (Purchase Price Variance) improvement through re-sourcing, negotiation, in-sourcing- Generation of SOCO (Sourcing Committee) proposals for new projects- Follow up with suppliers until material is validated and complete hand-over with procurement for mass production- Execute RFQ (Request For Quotation) process both in plant purchasing and project purchasing- Perform CBD (Cost Break Down), LPP (Linear Price Performance) and bottleneck analysis (analysis of production process and capacity) with supplier- Find out suitable material for product and suppliers.- Plan and get raw material for project

- 1 year as engineer jobs.- Proactive person, communicative, team work ability, analytical abilities.- Plant local language, fluent. English fluent.- Office and SAP, VEGA user level.- AutoCAD, Solidworks
